Shipping, Returns and Cancellations
What is the cost of shipping?
For all orders above Rs. 500, shipping is done free of cost. A shipping charge of Rs. 100 is applicable to all orders under Rs. 500. For all international orders from outside India, orders under INR 7,000 (~ USD 100) are charged INR 700 (~ USD 10); orders under INR 21,000 (approx. USD 300) are shipping is done free of cost .
How long will it take for the order to reach me?
Please refer the product page for estimated shipping and delivery timelines for both domestic and international orders. From the time of shipping, it takes about 2-4 days for domestic orders and 5-7 days for international orders to reach you.
If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.
What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?
We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to resolve your issues.
My order has been shipped how can I track it?
For orders within India, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order
You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
What is the return policy on Shubhkari?
Most of our products are eligible for return and refund for domestic orders. There are some items that are Made to order which are not eligible for returns. The return and exchange policy for every product is clearly mentioned on the product page. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If the product is eligible for return, you may write to us at support@Shubhkari.com within 7 days of delivery to request return and refund. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for return only can be returned.
How are returns processed?
Once you request to return a product via email or phone, a pick up is organised for the item. Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 5-7 business days after your return request has been received. This item is then brought back to our warehouse where it is checked by our quality control team. Once the product passes the quality control, a refund is initiated.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order. Please email us at email@example.com to request a cancellation. Or You will be able to cancel the order by yourself on the website.
**Shubhkari. reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.
How will I receive the refund for my cancelled or returned product?
In case of prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/ credit/debit card where the payment was made from. For Cash on Delivery orders customers will be required to provide bank details where they would like to receive the refund.
How long does it take to receive a refund for a cancelled order or returned product?
We will process your refund within 5 business days incase of cancellation of an order. In case of returns, we will refund the money after the product has been received by our warehouse and post completion of quality check. Please note, this entire process takes 2 weeks after the return has been picked up.
Can I return part of my order?
Yes. You can return any products that are eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery. Please do note there are some items that are not returnable or exchangeable.
My garment does not fit me. What can I do?
If the product does not fit and you would like a new size, please request for a size exchange with the customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. In some cases, minor size and fit alterations might be available for orders placed within India. Our team will try its best to help you for any size exchanges, alterations subject to availability. In case the size you have requested is not available we will offer you the option to return the product instead.
Which countries does Shubhkari ship to?
Shubhkari ships to US, UK, UAE, Australia, Hong Kong, South Africa, Qatar, Oman, Malaysia, Singapore, Mauritius, Afghanistan and South Africa.
What are the international shipping costs and duties?
For all international orders from outside India, orders under INR 7,000 (~ USD 100) are charged INR 700 (~ USD 10); orders under INR 21,000 (~ USD 300) are charged INR 1400 (~ USD 20) and orders above INR 21,000 are shipped free.
Please note that custom duties and taxes will be charged at the time of delivery based on actual duties charged by your country of delivery address.
Can I return, exchange or cancel an international order?

How long will it take for my order to reach me?
From the time of shipping – it will take about 7-10 days for your international order to reach you.
What payment methods does Shubhkari. allow for international shipping?
You can use all international credit cards to make the payment for your international shipping orders.
